What Really Matters: Presenting Information so People Care
by Jared Camins-Esakov
June 2, 2014 at noon EDT

In an age of Information and Big Data fueled by a knowledge economy, it seems like everyone must surely be interested in what you know, right? Actually, no. Unless you can communicate your information in a compelling way, your audience will seek more compelling narratives elsewhere. In this talk I will discuss the use of “narrative cataloguing” or “semi-structured data” to effectively communicate the significance of information that—handled in a more traditional, database-conditioned format—might seem “dry,” “uninteresting,” or “irrelevant.”

  1. RE Re-learning UX – Going Mobile From Web

Thanks to everyone who took time to give a listen and ask questions today. I will be providing the deck since there are several resources in the appendices and if you have question that I wasn’t able to address in the body of the Webinar, post it right here and I’ll make a point of answering it as soon as I can – probably this evening

    Thanks again,

    -AP
